    Spearheaded cross-functional planning and execution of post-pandemic office re-entry (300+ branch locations), implementing safety protocols and phased return strategies that ensured compliance with State & local health regulations while minimizing disruption to business operations.

    Led a cross-disciplinary task force across operations, HR, and facilities to coordinate phased reentry plans spanning 300+ branch sites, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely project delivery.

    Developed and implemented evidence-based safety protocols, including workspace reconfiguration, health screening procedures, and PPE distribution, resulting in 100% compliance with evolving State and local regulations.

    Minimized business disruption by designing adaptive scheduling and flexible reentry strategies, maintaining continuity of essential operations and preserving employee productivity during transition.

    Served as primary liaison with legal and health authorities to rapidly interpret and integrate regulatory guidance into operational plans, reducing risk and audit findings at all branch locations.

  • Home Office Domicile Project

    Managed comprehensive end-to-end execution of corporate headquarters address change across 54 U.S. jurisdictions, ensuring seamless regulatory compliance with Departments of Insurance nationwide.

    Coordinated multi-state filings and communication with regulatory bodies, mitigating risks and avoiding potential costs exceeding $400,000.

    Developed standardized workflows and documentation processes to streamline compliance checks and enable consistent reporting across all affected jurisdictions.

    Collaborated with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate updates to corporate records, minimizing business disruption during transition.

    Delivered project milestones on time and within budget while maintaining full adherence to evolving jurisdictional requirements and deadlines.

    Collaborated closely with IT and cross-functional teams to identify and gather all internal and client-facing documents impacted by the corporate address change, including marketing materials, forms, websites, and external partner sites.

    Led coordination efforts to update company websites, external portals, and regulatory filings to reflect the new headquarters address, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all client touchpoints.

    1. Reducing office footprint by 35% through floor consolidation, office closures/relocations and maximizing space utilization.

    2. Run rate cost savings driving down significant real estate expenses.

    Directed cross-functional teams to coordinate vendor selection, project timelines, and budget controls, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to financial targets.

    Developed and implemented comprehensive change management programs—including stakeholder communications, training sessions, and onboarding resources—that accelerated adoption of new workplace practices and reduced resistance to change.

Syracuse Renovation Project

A comprehensive renovation of the Equitable Syracuse campus, designed to transform our work environment into a modern, collaborative hub. This project introduced flexible, open-plan workspaces, enhanced meeting areas, and updated, energy-efficient amenities to improve both productivity and employee well-being. The vision was to create a vibrant, state-of-the-art office that reflects company culture and supports the company’s evolving needs for years to come.
